New cloud-based bookings and business management software launches for spas, health clubs and leisure facilities

A new cloud-based spa and leisure software has been launched to simplify and improve spa and leisure businesses’ operational efficiency.

Called Trybe, the platform has been co-founded by former Google employee Will Taylor-Jackson, Steve Porter and Ricky Daniels, who also conceived the nightlife discovery app Design My Night and UK hospitality discovery platforms Collins Reservation and Enquiry Management Systems.

Trybe features include:
• Live availability on customer bookings and rota management.
• Streamlined inventory management to store, manage and maximise retail stock.
• Emails, SMS and CRM all combined into one cloud-based tool.
• Automated payment system at the point of booking.
• Comprehensive analytics to drive data-backed decisions.
• One central solution for memberships.
• Secure storage for digital intake forms.

The software is claimed to be the first integration-focused, fully cloud-based software with an open API, designed to slot into spa and leisure operators’ existing backend systems.

Co-founder Daniels comments: “Having worked in the hospitality space for some time we saw a real opportunity for helping the spa and leisure market simplify their software solutions and save on costs.

“Tech is moving at a tremendous speed so we’ve introduced a system which automatically manages this 24/7 without business interruption or costly license fees. We’re completely operator first, responsive to what they need now, but also, in the future.”

Trybe is integrated with other software providers including Giftpro, Guestline, Opera, Stripe, RMS, hop, Maestro and Hotel Perfect.

The software platform has already signed on 10 spa and hotel partners including The Spa at Breedon Priory, Manor House Hotel and Lanelay Hall Hotel & Spa, and is on course to open another 10 this year.
